Uni transforms how people work together by making decisions more inclusive, creative, and productive.
Uni is a platform that allows teams or entire companies to make smart and inclusive decisions together at a fraction of the time and effort.
PMs, creatives, executives, or any one who has an upcoming decision can create a question on Uni with a due date for when that decision is to be made. Uni then reaches out across the organization to bring in the right people needed to make the best decision possible.
Uni incites participants to share their own ideas, improve others, or even simply vote or provide references. Wherever this comes from, we’ve created our momentum engine to reach out across the right medium so that when it is time to make a decision the decision maker has the best possible set of information.
If there is anything missing from the question when it’s time to make a decision, Uni will alert the decision maker, so, for example, if you did not get any input from the women on your team, or are about to make a sales-related decision without having involved anyone from the sales side, Uni will let you know.
We believe the best decisions arise when we incorporate the most perspectives. It’s when these experiences are brought together that we can challenge and identify flaws in decisions and adjust rather than have to put out fires down the road.
